Everything sold on nizar.ma is a digital product: online courses, course materials, and coaching. Nothing is shipped, so there’s nothing to return. Here’s how refunds work.

In short

You can request a refund within 3 days of your payment, provided you’ve completed less than 50% of the course. If both conditions are met, you’ll be refunded.

Detailed conditions

  • Deadline. The request must reach me within 3 calendar days of the payment date. After that, the purchase is final.
  • Progress. Your progress must be under 50%. It’s tracked automatically in your student space, so we both see the same number. Past the halfway point, the course has been delivered and can’t be refunded.
  • Both conditions apply. Being within the 3 days isn’t enough if you’ve already finished most of the course, and vice versa.

What isn’t refundable

  • Live private lessons that have already taken place.
  • Sessions missed without at least 12 hours’ notice. Let me know and we’ll simply reschedule the slot, at no charge.
  • Downloadable files that have already been downloaded.
  • Purchases where the course was finished, or nearly finished, during the refund window.

How to request a refund

Write to contact@nizar.ma or on WhatsApp at +212 619 707 534. Include the name used at sign-up, the course in question, and the payment date. A reason helps me improve the course, but it isn’t required.

I respond to requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the amount is returned via the same method as the payment, by bank transfer or cash, and normally reaches you within 7 business days.

If something isn’t working

If a video won’t play, a file is missing, or you can’t access content you’ve paid for, contact me before requesting a refund. Technical issues are usually resolved the same day, and if I can’t fix it, you’ll be refunded regardless of the 3-day window.

Write to me first. Tell me your level and your timeline, and I’ll tell you honestly whether the course is right for you. I’d rather talk you out of it than process a refund later.
